Terms & Conditions

      We ship on week days, except on legal Federal or State holidays.  We offer same–day shipping on orders received from PayPal as processed and paid before Noon Pacific time (whichever of P.S.T. or P.D.T. is in effect).  You will have opportunity in checking out either via "Add to Cart" or via "Buy It Now" to insert special notes (keep them short).  IF IN ORDER TO PREVENT THEFT YOU WISH TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE(S) RATHER THAN HAVING DOORSTEP DELIVERY WHILE YOU ARE AWAY, THEN PLEASE NOTE SO IN THE COMMENT BOX PROVIDED WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER!  We do not routinely replace items stolen or alleged stolen after delivery!  We do not ship collect on delivery (C.O.D.).
      All orders must be prepaid by PayPal or major credit card through PayPal.  California sales tax applies to California orders but does not apply to shipping.  We do not charge "handling" fees.  We ship at flat rates according to weight and size ranges, insured, via USPS Priority mail ground service.  Orders are banked via PayPal, so any order processed will complete if funds are sufficient for it when the order is placed.  Ground service should take one to five days, according to distance from southern California.
      California sales and use taxes are complex, and we do not calculate the several hundred tax possibilities down to street address (metropolitan rates often vary even within zip codes).  We are obligated instead to collect origination (not destination) taxes, which are the statewide tax rate plus our own local (Los Angeles) county, city, and district tax rates.  You are obligated to pay additionally (on your state income tax return) for your own local (metro, transit, other) district rate if it is higher than ours, but you may apply (see Equalization) for a refund of our local district rate if you have a lower one or none.  We do not and are not obligated to report or to police whether you did that.
      Insurance against loss or breakage in transit should be taken up with the carrier (USPS).  You will be required to present to the carrier's inspection the box and contents as you received them.  Additionally, you may expedite replacement by sending to DamagedGoods@NexLevelGlass.net photographs of the box and contents.  Then when you redeposit the insurance payout into your own account you can readily reorder.
      Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) No. in advance.  A form for requesting RMA Nos. is provided, bottom right, under Customer Service, Returns.
